FullSizeRender (44)This is a very simple meal to prepare and it’s delicious too!  Just throw the ingredients into the crock-pot at lunch time and it will be ready just in time for dinner!

Ingredients:

4-6 Chicken Skinless Breasts

2/3 Cup of Ceasar Salad Dressing

3 Cups of Barbecue Sauce

Directions:

Mix the salad dressing and half of the barbecue sauce together in a plastic container with a lid. Place the chicken breasts in the container and make  sure they are well coated. Put the lid on the container and place it in the fridge.  Marinate at least 30 minutes to overnight.

Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot and cook it until you can shred it with a fork.  (6-8 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high).

Serve on buns with chips, fresh fruits and veggies on the side.
